The receptionist must be
a strong administrator and an excellent communicator. She must
comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out the
day-to-day duties of front desk reception in order to ensure the smooth
and efficient running of the switchboard, answering telephone calls in a
timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing
with general enquiries, and/or referring clients to the appropriate
department.
Reviewing and disseminating incoming letters as necessary, and assisting with outgoing letters as time permits.
Coordinating the delivery and pick up of business-related documents through appropriate courier companies
Provide a meet and greet
function for THLD Int’l’s walk-in clients and successfully
communicating company information and providing advice.
Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns that you may receive are attended to speedily and satisfactorily
Maintaining accurate
records on clients. Any and all paperwork, documentation, contact
details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of THLD
International Logistics Ltd
Carrying out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that is in support of THLD and its various departments.
Requirements:
OND, HND and B.SC holders
Preferably a female candidate
Ability to work with brand guidelines
Highly-organized, efficient and methodical.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Team player with strong work ethic.

FREELANCE MARKETER
The freelance marketer
will assist in driving the sales of all product and services, provides
value-added marketing support strategy to help grow the business.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain contact with customers in order to develop sales opportunities
Work with internal support teams to ensure regular updating and reporting of sales and customer complaints
Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
Prospect new potential customers and research on new opportunities and recommend profit and service improvements.
Assist in Business-to-customer marketing activities of THLD services in various market segments
Gather and analyse market and customer information
Contribute ideas for development in the strategic business planning process
Requirements:

With good Design skills
that can design and draft blueprints,excellent knowledge of Engineering
Design codes & standards like Pdms, Autocad 2d & 3d, Aspen
Hysys,primavera P6,ceaser Ii, that can confidently work with less
supervision
.
Requirements:
OND,HND/Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Membership with a recognised engineering body.
1 year’ relevant working experience in project management
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Team player with strong work ethic.
People management skills.
